Delivery within the UK

We offer free standard delivery on every UK order.

• Estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 working days from the date you place your order.
• Cost: free.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can be longer during busy periods or because of events outside our control, such as severe weather or carrier delays.

Other delivery options

Any other delivery options and prices available for your address, including delivery outside the UK, are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched we will email you a shipping confirmation. Where the carrier provides tracking, the confirmation includes a tracking link. See our Track your order page for more help.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change the address once your order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will put it right. See our Returns and refunds page for your full rights.
