About these terms

This website is operated by Night Gallop ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They apply together with our Shipping policy, Returns and refunds page and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our products

We sell LED glow gear for horses and riders. We try to show our products and colours accurately, but screen settings and lighting mean the colours and brightness you see on screen may differ slightly from the product. Product specifications are shown on each product page.

Safety and use

  • Our products are lighting accessories. They do not replace hi-vis clothing, correct tack, a riding helmet or sensible riding practice.
  • Any novelty hat we sell is not a riding helmet and must not be used as protective headwear.
  • You are responsible for checking that products fit properly and are undamaged before each use, and for using them in line with the instructions supplied.
  • Stop using a product if it is damaged or your animal is distressed by it.

Orders and contracts

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will email you to acknowledge your order, and a contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Your rights to cancel, return, and to remedies for faulty items are set out on our Returns and refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses if you buy for business purposes.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including the Night Gallop name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the date you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
